Headquarters for: Visit Central Florida and Visit Central Florida Sports as well as the Polk County Sports Hall of Fame as well as USA Water Ski and Wake Sports, the Pan-American Lacrosse Association, the American Powerboat Association, satellite office for US Youth Soccer and home of the Auburndale Chamber of Commerce
The Lake Myrtle Sports Park serve as the epicenter to the RussMatt Baseball Invitational, featuring more than 400 collegiate baseball teams from around the nation.
Lake Myrtle is also home to the Florida Youth Soccer Association (FYSA).
The governing body for the majority of youth soccer in the state of Florida, FYSA also provides Olympic Development for Team USA. Other services include coaching courses and outreach programs, as well as the Florida State Cup series. With more than 107,000 registered players and more than 260 soccer clubs from around the state, FYSA is one of the largest youth soccer programs in the nation.
